Yes. You will need your Individual Account Number to make online purchases. For in-person purchases, your participating Cat dealer may be able to locate your account using a government-issued photo ID.

Can I use my Cat Commercial Account for online purchases?

Yes. Accountholders can use their Cat Commercial Account with approved online Cat retailers, including parts.cat.com and Cat Central where available.

What are the benefits of a Cat Commercial Account?

A Cat Commercial Account offers no annual fee, competitive rates, flexible payment terms, promotional financing offers, Cat Rewards eligibility, multiple authorized users, expense tracking capabilities, and dedicated customer support.

Is there an annual fee?

No. There is no annual fee for a Cat Commercial Account.

Can multiple employees use the same account?

Yes. Multiple authorized users can be added to a Cat Commercial Account, allowing your team to make qualifying purchases while maintaining centralized account management. Each authorized user receives a card linked to the company account.

Can I earn rewards with a Cat Commercial Account?

No. If you already use MyCatFinancial for Cat Financial contracts, you can link your active Cat Commercial Account to your existing profile using your account name and 16-digit account number.
