S•O•S Services Web portal was retired starting in March 2026, and all fluid samples are now available exclusively through VisionLink. Caterpillar is making it easier and faster for customers to access oil sample results with quicker access, better visibility, and a more streamlined experience where you can track and view results electronically anytime, anywhere.
